RETURN POLICY
ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL 10 DAYS AFTER THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE DATE.
Please inspect all items when received and immediately notify QualityImportParts.com if you need to return or exchange a product(s).
- In order to return a product(s), please use our online Return Authorization Form within 10 days of purchase. A product(s) must received by QualityImportParts.com within 30 days of the original purchase date to be eligible for credit.
- QualityImportParts.com will not accept new returns including cores to its warehouse after 30 days of the original purchase date. All items returned after the 30 day time period will not be eligible for credit and will be returned at the original purchaser’s expense.
Please understand that QualityImportParts.com must be able to sell all returned parts as new to our customers. Any products returned that are not 100% resalable will be returned at the purchasers expense. All products returned must be in the original unopened and undamaged packaging and have an Return Authorization # clearly written on the Shipping box and be received in a new, unused and resalable condition (including all original packaging, parts, and paperwork). We cannot accept items that have been used, installed, or disassembled for any reason. No exceptions.
- Return Authorization #'s are required for Core Returns. Cores must have a Return Authorization # on the Shipping box and be returned and accepted by our returns department within 30 days of purchase date.
- Any product(s) removed from their hermetically, plastic, sealed packages (e.g. cylinder head gasket sets, repair manuals, electronic items, etc.) will not be eligible for return under any circumstances. No exceptions.
- Electrical Parts and Special Orders are not returnable for any reason. All sales are considered final on all Electrical Parts and Special Ordered items. No exceptions.
- QualityImportParts.com will not reimburse return shipping, labor or installation charges under any circumstances. No exceptions.
RETURN PROCESS
Please read the return process instructions below, before shipping the product(s) back to QualityImportParts.
NEW PARTS: For a new part return you will need to obtain a Return Authorization # from QualityImportParts.com by using our online Return Authorization Form. A return specialist will respond to you within 1-2 business day(s) and will provide the Return Authorization # and instructions or the reason why the return was denied.
Please be sure to write the Return Authorization # clearly on the outside of the package you are returning and include the Return Authorization we have provided with the returned item. (See “Return product(s) to:” below for an example).
All products must be returned to our Irvine, CA Receiving Department to receive a credit. No C.O.D. shipments will be accepted. Please insure the return shipment for the full value to protect against loss. Please send the part(s)/core with a Shipping service that provides tracking information (e.g. USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground or UPS Ground). This will avoid any confusion over when the part(s)/core were actually sent and when they will arrive.
Upon receipt and inspection of merchandise, QualityImportParts.com will provide a credit based on the return policy. NOTE: We will do our best to process your return quickly. Please allow five (5) to thirty (30) business days to process and credit your return, this is dependent upon the incoming volume of our returns and the nature of your return. The return and process time does not include weekends, Holidays and the Shipping time for the part(s) to return back to us.

CORES: If you are returning a core, you will need to get a Return Authorization #. Please return all cores within 30 days of purchase.
Core Returns
If you would like to return an item associated with a core return value, please submit your request through our return form . Please note:
- All fluids must be drained from the core
- The core must be securely wrapped in plastic and sealed
- Cores must be returned in the packaging used in the shipment of the order sent to you
- Your core will be inspected to determine if the core is rebuild-able
- Core return Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. These are not refundable.
- If all of the fluids are not drained from the core(s) before Shipping them back to us and the core(s) box is leaking fluids and/or is oil-soaked UPS or FedEx might return the core(s) at your expense.
NOTE: We will do our best to process your return quickly. Please allow five (5) to thirty (30) business days to process and credit your return, this is dependent upon the incoming volume of our returns and the nature of your return. The return and process time does not include weekends, Holidays and the Shipping time for the part(s) to return back to us.
CREDITS
To receive a credit, you must meet the criteria listed below. A 10% restocking fee (minimum $4.95 handling fee) applies to all new products returned to our warehouse within 30 days of the original purchase date. No exceptions.
All returned product(s) will be carefully inspected upon receipt and must meet the following criteria for a credit:
The product(s) must be returned in new condition
Any products returned that are not 100% resalable will be returned at the purchasers expense. All products returned must be in the original unopened and undamaged packaging and have a Return Authorization # clearly written on the Shipping box and be received in a new, unused and resalable condition (including all original packaging, parts, and paperwork). We cannot accept items that have been used, installed or disassembled for any reason. No exceptions.
The returned package must be clearly labeled with a proper Return Authorization Number (Return Authorization #)
If you send your product(s) back to the return address on the box without a Return Authorization #, you will not receive credit unless you can provide return tracking number going to our receiving departments address in Irvine, CA. If you can provide a return tracking number, it will take approximately 9-12 weeks to process your return, if your return is located. All parts returned without a Return Authorization # will be charged a 20% restocking fee (minimum $14.95 handling fee) applies to all new products returned to our warehouse, without an RA number, within 30 days of the original purchase date. No exceptions.
Most returns are credited within 5 - 30 days of receipt of return. All refunds are applied in the same manner you paid (e.g., if you paid with a credit card, you will receive a credit card refund). Credit card refunds take approximately 5 - 7 business days to show up on your statement. This is not something that is within our control, please check with your bank, as each bank sets their credit posting guidelines.

Most of our products are shipped from different warehouses; therefore we do not directly exchange products purchased from QualityImportParts.com . All products must be returned and reordered for shipment.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS
UPS or FEDEX Shipping Damage (i.e. the original Shipping box has external damage from the Shipping process) - If your order arrives with the box damaged or opened, immediately tell the driver that you are refusing the package due to damage. Do NOT accept the package. If a damaged or opened package was left at your address, when you were not present, you will have to call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) or FEDEX 1-800-GO-FEDEX (1-800-463-3339) within 24 hours and UPS or FEDEX will pick up the package at no cost to you. You have 24 hours to notify us that you have received a damaged product. We will not accept responsibility for any damaged claims after 24 hours. No exceptions.
Warehouse Damage (i.e. the original Shipping box does not have external damage, but part is damaged) - If your order arrives with the box undamaged or opened, immediately Contact Us. You have 24 hours to notify us that you have received a damaged product. We offer a couple of options for damaged products:
1. Return the damaged product(s) (a Return Authorization # is required). Once we have received your return, conducted a careful inspection of the product, and verified that your return meets our Return Policy guidelines, then we will send out a replacement product (s).
NOTE: The damaged part must be sent back in the original Shipping box so that we can verify that the damage is not due to UPS or FEDEX Shipping services.
2. Charge your account for the new product(s) and ship the product(s) as soon as possible (if you paid with PayPal, you will have to send a second payment). Once we have received your return (a Return Authorization # is required), conducted a careful inspection of the product(s), and verified that your return meets our Return Policy guidelines, then we will credit your account.
NOTE: The damaged part must be sent back in the original Shipping box so that we can verify that the damage is not due to UPS or FEDEX Shipping service.
We will not accept responsibility for any damaged claims after 24 hours. No exceptions.
SHIPPING POLICY
Where We Do Ship?
QualityImportParts.com ships to all 50 U.S. states. We provide next day service on over 90.9% of all Ground shipment orders going to Los Angeles, New York, Philadelphia and Washington D.C. This means on most orders we can get your product(s) to you the next day, even when you are using our Free Ground Shipping.
We ship to the Physical Billing Address of the Credit Card Holder or the Physical Confirmed PayPal Shipping Address only. No exceptions.
Where We Do Not Ship?
We do not currently ship to the following locations:
- Alternate Shipping addresses (This is done to protect you the card holder against fraud!)
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO/APE
- Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, America Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands
- Canada
- Mexico
- Internationally
Credit Card Shipping Billing Address Mismatch
If the credit card fails the address verification system check (in other words, if you have entered an alternate Shipping address other than that of the billing address of the credit card), Shipping will be delayed until we can verify the credit cardholder with the cardholders bank and change the Shipping address to the billing address of the cardholder. No exceptions. In most cases this will delay shipment for 1-2 business days. This is done to protect you the cardholder against fraud!
Shipping Methods
Our goal is to offer you the fastest and lowest cost Shipping method. We use several Shipping carriers including United Parcel Service (UPS) and FedEx. We will select the lowest priced carrier when you submit your order so that you receive the best possible price and delivery time.
Shipping Locations
We currently have a west and east warehouse in order to increase product(s) availability and minimize the time it takes for you to receive your order.
Shipping Charges
Alaska and Hawaii orders do not qualify for Free Ground Shipping. Hawaii and Alaska Shipments are handled by UPS or FedEx and can only be shipped by 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. We do not provide Free Ground Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. If you refuse the package at the time of delivery, we reserve the right to not refund any of the purchase price of the order including the shipping charges and recover any fees associated with the return costs of the product(s). If your order does not qualify for Free Shipping, your shipping charge will be based on the weight of your order, the distance shipped, and the shipping method you selected during checkout. This includes items shipped in multiple boxes and/or from multiple locations.
Product Delivery Time
Ground Shipping in the continental 48 States usually takes 2-6 business days, excludes weekends and Holidays (for more details see guide below). The expected delivery date on your product is determined by the date of shipment from our warehouse and the shipping method that you select. Your purchase of an “in stock” product(s) will be shipped on the day you order, if we receive your order prior to 1 PM (your local time) Monday through Friday, not including Holidays. Orders received by us after 1PM (your local time) will be shipped the next business day, not including Holidays. Special orders and “out of stock” product(s) may require additional time prior to shipment. If shipment of your order is delayed, QualityImportParts.com will call you or notify you by email.
The guide below will assist you in determining the time it takes for the different methods of shipment that we offer. We have a west and east coast warehouses to better serve you. Below are the approximate shipping times:
- Ground Service (2 - 6 Business Days, excludes weekends and Holidays)
- 2nd Day Air (2 - 3 Business Days, excludes weekends and Holidays)
- Next Day Air PM (1 – 2 Business Days, excludes weekends and Holidays)
Free Shipping
QualityImportParts.com provides Free Ground Shipping on all orders that exceed $99 (on the Order Total, not including Discount Coupon codes, Shipping or Sales Tax). Free Ground Shipping is only available in the continental 48 United States.
Split or Multiple Shipments
For multiple-item orders, we attempt to ship the whole order from the warehouse closest to you. This is not always possible due to the type of product, number of products selected and stock availability in each warehouse. If we are not able to ship your entire order from a single warehouse closest to you, we will split the order and ship from different locations. We do not currently have the ability to coordinate the shipments for same time delivery.
Damaged Items during Shipping

Shipping Refunds
Your original Shipping charge will only be refunded for a product(s) sent to you in error, a defective part or a part that fails within 30 days. This refund will automatically be credited once we receive and carefully inspect the product (s). If only a portion of your order is returned, the refund for shipping costs will be prorated. Please see our Returns Policy above for further details.
